Additional companies

One subscription is one company. Run a second firm from the same phone and it is another Rs. 499 — its own books, numbering and letterhead, with nothing shared between them.

Setup included

We configure your company details, GSTIN, invoice numbering series and financial year before you start, so the first invoice you raise is the correct one.

Your data leaves with you

Backups are plain encrypted ZIP files in your own Downloads folder. If you ever stop, the books are still yours and still readable.

Questions we get asked

Does it work without internet?

Yes, completely. The database is on the phone and every feature except cloud sync works with no connection at all. Sync catches up on its own afterwards.

Is it on iPhone?

Not yet. KVN Billing is an Android app. Most counters in India run Android, so that is where we started.

Can my accountant get the data?

Yes. Download the GSTR-1 workbook, a ledger as CSV, or any document as a PDF. Nothing is locked in.

What happens if I change my phone?

Restore from a cloud backup with your password. Your books, your logo and your signature all come back.

Do you see our invoices?

No. Backups are encrypted on the phone before upload, so the server holds ciphertext it cannot open.

Can more than one person use it?

Yes. Add users with roles that decide who may raise a credit note or open the books. Staff logins cost nothing - the subscription covers a company, not a headcount.

Is the price per user or per company?

Per company. One Rs. 499 subscription covers one company with unlimited users. A second company is another Rs. 499 because it is a separate set of books.

Is GST included in the Rs. 499?

No. GST is applicable on top, at the rate on the date of invoice - 18% today. You get a proper GST invoice for it, so a registered business claims it straight back as input credit.
